My dear Grandma, as I reflect on the memories we shared, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the love and care you always showed me and I feel blessed to have had you in my life.

Your strong Christian faith was evident in everything you did. You instilled in me a deep sense of spirituality. Your prayers and words of wisdom have guided me through life and I’m sure I’m currently walking in prayers and living in testimonies you said over my life without me even knowing, so for that I say thank you.

Grandma, your sense of humour was like no other, you were the only person in the world I could tell that I liked something one day and by the next day, you would have bought fifty of it just to put a smile on my face which is testament to your kind and generous nature. You spoiled me in the best possible way, showing me what true love looks like.

Know that you will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Your legacy of faith, love, and strength will live on in me and may you rest in peace knowing that you were deeply loved and cherished by all who knew you.

Dear Lord, as we say goodbye to my beloved Grandma, I ask that you welcome her into your loving embrace. May she find eternal peace and joy in your presence, surrounded by the light of your love. Thank you for blessing us with such a remarkable woman, and may her spirit continue to guide and inspire us forevermore. Amen.

A Memorable Eulogy/Speech To A Stateswoman!. This is to present a Memorable Eulogy/Praises to a well-deserved Matron, Mother, GreatGrandmother, Grandmother, Mother-in-law, Sister and Friend, late Chief (Mrs) Abigail Odusote, JP., aged 81 years old (1943-2024). We are very soberly and solemnly remembering you today as you are laid to rest peacefully at your Residence, located in Dalute area of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. We used to live very close together at Ososami Road, attending the Lights of Christ Church Headquarters, Odo-Ona Elewe, Ibadan, Oyo State and had been interacting together for 50 years to date!. During our personal and social encounters with her, she was very exemplary, jovial, loving and compassionate before her demise into eternity!. Indeed, she had lived, had seen, had conquered and had lived a life span worthy of emulations among her counterparts. She would be missed especially by my wife, Easter Band Society and the entire church members of the Lights of Christ Church Headquarters, and her usual laughter would be missed most especially!. We can wish her to continue to rest in peace until the resurrection day when we will meet again and to part no more IJMN, Amen. We love you but God loves you more. ADIEU, Mommy Odusote!. From both of us: Elder & Lady Evangelist (Mrs) Niyi Ogunjinmi, JP., The Lights of Christ Church International, Baltimore, MD., USA.

We all fondly called you "Mummy" because you're genuinely mom to all, you cared about everyone like we're all your biological children, you always showed emphaty towards everyone around you, I lived in your house like it was ours when we had nothing... I'll never forget the happiness in your eyes when you saw progress in my life... No amount of words could quantify the impact you made in our lives...May God rest your soul peacefully and protect everyone you left behind.
You'll be greatly missed Mummy!

In Loving Memory of an Army of God Almighty!

Mama your death came as a rude shock to most of us that had one or another engagement with you on that very Sunday that proceeded your passing. No sign of illness, your radiance and agility was second to none that very day.
Mama, you are an astute warrior of the Almighty, your death is a loss in land of the living and a greater profit to the Angels.
I pray that the Almighty God give the entire family, the church of God the fortitude to bear the loss and also comfort all your children.
Adieu, Mama Ijo Imole Kristi, Orisun.

TRIBUTE FROM PROFESSOR AKINTOLA ADEBOLA OLAYEMI
Ah, mama Ijo, I was shocked and heartbroken when I heard the news of your death, the last I saw you was on Sunday that preceded the Tuesday you left us. You hugged me and said "Iyawo Ogbomoso" as you fondly called me, I have just opened a bank account for you, you can go there and cash any amount, just tell them you are "Iyawo Ogbomoso",little did I know that you are bidding me farewell. You used to hug me on Sundays and you will ask me "Iyawo Ogbomoso se ko seni to yo e lenu o". Since your demise ant time I looked at your seat on Sundays it pained me more because I missed those hugs, it took me time to adjust. I can't forget the memory we shared together especially the love you have shown me and Heritage since the demise of my husband but in all we thank God for a life well spent. You are indeed a good mother to your biological children and all your children in the LCC headquarter, Odo Ona Elewe. You dedicated yourself to service of God and humanity and that is our consolation. You may have gone but your memory lives forever in our heart. I missed you so much. Continue to rest in the bossom of God till we meet to part no more
Good night mama Ijo

In Loving Memory of Mama Odusote

We gather today with heavy hearts to remember and honor a remarkable mother. Though mummy was not my biological mother, she embodied the true essence of motherhood for me and many others.
Mama Odusote was not just a mother to her own children but extended her love, care, and support to the children of nobody, ensuring that each one felt the warmth of a mother's embrace. Her home was a haven where we all found solace and unconditional love.
A devout Christian, Mama Odusote lived her faith through her actions. She was a beacon of kindness, compassion, and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Her faith was reflected in her everyday life, inspiring everyone around her to be better and do better.
Mama Odusote's legacy is one of love and selflessness. She touched so many lives with her nurturing spirit and unwavering support. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the beautiful impact she had on all of us.
Rest in peace, Mama Odusote. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever, and the lessons of love and care you taught us will continue to guide our lives.

With deepest respect and love,

Olusegun Saheed Adeleke
