This is my Uncle Tin. The picture of him in a black hat and a blue shirt, was just taken this past Christmas. He was a kind hearted person, someone who would help anyone. He was hit by a female in a new (black and white paper plates) pearl Lexus, described as an IS 250 or ES 350 early this morning on his way to work. That is all we know. She's hiding. Someone knows her, someone knows her car. My understanding is she hit him head on and dragged for 2 1/2 blocks before he was released and she sped off, people at the part where he was released chased her. She was aware. You know what you did. God knows. Come forward. Bring my Grandparents some sort of peace that you care enough to come forward.
