This memorial website was created in memory of our respectable Colleague and Friend, AHCC Lâm Đốc Thượng, 73 years old, born on November 2, 1935, and passed away on February 25, 2009.
AHCC Lâm Đốc Thượng was a Civil Engineer, a Class-of-1959 Graduate from Phu-Tho National Center of Engineering (Changed to Poly-Tech University of Thu-Duc in 1974); worked in various provinces as an office Chief of Department of Public Works until 1975.
AHCC Lâm emigrated to USA in the 1980's and settled in Atlanta. Georgia.
We will remember him forever.
