I knew Artamus from Upward Bound. He was a friend of my sister, Betty Abrams. I knew Jean Aires, whom he was dating and Harrison Bentley, and Jesse Dole. .
They all attended Hayes Highschool. He was full of life.
He will be missed, but we thank God for the time he was here.
