First met Billy in Mr. LeMasters' class in 7th grade. We had 20 people in that class and he was the first to talk to me. Really miss having him around. He was a great friend that you could count on. Miss the smile because it always brighened my day. RIP Billy You are truly missed

Billy James was my only and precious son. He was ripped out of my arms so tragic and suddenly. I miss him every second of every minute of every day. He was such a fun loving and big hearted person. He is sadly missed by all of his family and friends and his "baby girl" Layla.

I grew up with Billy since elementary school he was a loved person..He was a great guy and a really grate friend and i miss him a lot...Rip Buddy! Love you!
