Blair was born on November 9,1991in Fort Walton Beach Florida.She was a lifelong native of Florida.She went to Annette. P. Edwin's Elementary School,Bruner Middle School,and Graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School.Blair was a worker from the time she was old enough to work, holding several jobs from,Burger King to Arby's,Alvin's Island,and Buffalo Jack's and Winn Dixie at the same time when we unexpectedly lost her.Blair was her own person and lived life that way by doing what she had to do to make a life for herself.She will be deeply missed by all she came in contact with.
