Cathy was a great employee at the Jefferson County Department of Health. She learned the state system and knew it well enough that I never had to worry about anything she did. I knew it was right. She always had a smile or a joke for me. She didn’t for everyone but that was their own fault not hers. Haha! Miss seeing you already. God bless her family; especially those grandkids that she loved so dearly.
