Dave and I started real estate together.  He was 19; baby face and one of the smartest “kids” I’d ever met.  I was almost 10 years older than him and loved him like a brother.  We loved to dance together.  Why LS, you ask?   We all had nicknames at RCRG.  His was “little shit”.
