Obituarty In Rememberance Of Debbie Orum Singleton

Debbie “Dee” Rovina Orum Singleton was born in Brooklyn, New York on Friday Nov, 14, 1958. She lived the first part of her life in New York While vacationing in South Carolina Before deciding to move here permanently in 1986, then briefly returning to give birth to her son.
Debbie worked various occupations throughout the Beaufort & Jasper County areas but was most known as an extraordinary caregiver. She has also attended several churches throughout the south but unfortunately never settling on a church home.
Debbie was a fashionista who loved the Lord, her family, and her closest friends. She could light up any room just by walking in. She loved to dance, laugh, travel, and play when she could.She left a lasting impression on all she came across.
On March, 2, 2024, her heavenly father called her home to be with loved ones gone before her, her mother and father Rena Mae & Boisy Orum, Sister Beverly and her son Clayton, Brother Reginald“Ram” (Lorretta) Orum, Aunt Margie Youmans, First Husband Jimmy Singleton, and Former Life Partner Freddie Wright.
As she leaves us to join them and numerous family and friends she leaves behind a Daughter Shamekque, and her daughters Tyana & ReZhane (Zion), a Son Tobias and his daughter Alexis & three sons Bj, Ja’kari, & Ja’khi, Adopted Children Saralyn, Shante, Jasmine, Altovise, & Veronica, Adopted Grandchildren Adonis, Enija, JJ, Jada, & Kj, Sisters Rene Murchinson& Barbara Orum, Brother Steve Chaneyfield and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends that she loved dearly.
She is loved by many but will be remembered and dearly missed by many many more.
