We met Diane at the lake not that long ago. Her and Jim immediately felt like family. Diane had the best laugh and loved with her whole heart. She also made the best ceviche We will miss her so much, but we are thankful that she was a part of our lives and will forever be in our hearts and memories.

I love that have this place here to honor the memory of a remarkable woman, a beloved wife, mother, friend, and grandmother. She was an incredible force of nature whose laugh could light up a room and whose spirit was an endless well of joy and energy. Her zest for life was truly unmatched, and she brought fun and love into every moment she lived.

When I think of her and Jim, I think of home. A home filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of love that only grows stronger with time. They shared a bond that was a beacon of strength and devotion, setting an example for all of us.

If I were to choose one word to describe her, it would be courageous. She faced life's challenges with a bravery that inspired everyone around her. Her courage was not just in the big moments, but in the everyday acts of love, kindness, and perseverance that defined her life.

Her legacy is alive and well through Jim, Skyler, Cassie, and her precious grandkids. They carry her spirit forward, reminding us daily of the incredible woman she was. Though she is no longer with us, her love and strength continue to touch our lives in profound ways.

I find comfort in knowing she is with Jesus now, watching over us, waiting for the day we will all be reunited. Until that time comes, we will cherish the memories we have of her, and strive to live with the same courage, joy, and love that she exemplified.

She will forever be missed, but her legacy will live on in our hearts and in the lives of those she loved so deeply. We are grateful for the time we had with her and for the beautiful mark she left on our lives.

Rest in peace, dear friend. Thank you for everything.

I had the pleasure of knowing Diana for the past few years. I work with Cassie and Skyler . I have been her mail carrier for several years. She was always so kind to me. She would text me and tell me that she would pick up her packages if she knew there was a lot or if they were big. She was always looking out for me and tried to make my job easier. I bonded with her mainly because we both were dealing with the same kind of cancer. I would stand on her porch and talk to her about all of it . I tried so hard to encourage her. I'm heartbroken. She was a precious lady. I will truly miss you Diana ! Fly High sweet lady !!

Mrs.D, you were more than just a face. You were one of the most outgoing and caring people I knew. When I think back I can still hear you voice and laugh. I basically grew up at your house and you welcomed me each time with open arms and did for me like you would your own child. You will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Janel introduced me to Diana and we became friends ever since. I even took her to a Penn State game in Pennsylvania, what a great time that was. Jim do you remember my car starting , Horn blowing and the ice on the road? Love you guys so much!

I can honestly say that I considered Diane a friend within an hour of first meeting her, think she might have even hugged my neck the first time we met haha. That feeling, like you've known someone for way longer than you actually have, is rare and it takes a special kind of human to make you feel that way. She was that kind of special. I'm sure glad we got to meet and hang out on the lake with Diane and her awesome family, who like she, became friends pretty much instantly.

Diane, little sister. You were bigger than life. Always a go-getter, positive, and it was so much fun how you brought everyone together!  . Diane, you have left us far too early. The last time Cliff and I saw you (not too long ago) I commented that you seemed happier than ever. Your love for Jim, Skyler, Cassie, and those adorable grandchildren was written all over your beautiful face.. May the angels take you under their wings and love you and care for you just as we do you. (just don’t take them for a joy ride please!  ****I’ll look for you smiling in the stars,
❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️
Love ya forever

  1. Diane it is with a heavy heart I write this. I am going to miss you soooo much. Not only were you a great sister. You were also a great mother, wife, ganny and friend to many people.  That smile of yours could light up a room when you walked in. The fun we had when we were young. Vacations up north, water skiing (of course you were the best one of us) celebrating your birthday with watermelon and sparklers and many more memories I will always cherish. I will miss you coming to Wisconsin and Jim, you and I going on our shopping trips for cheese, cow beer and anything else you needed to take home and back to the campground. Diane you were a rock to not only you family but also your friends. You were thst shoulder to lean on,  had a weath of knowledge and love in you heart for everyone. So my dear sister as I always say life is too short and in a blink of an eye it is gone but before you know it we will all be together again. Fly high with the angels and the hummingbirds. I love ❤️ you so much and  know you be watching over all of us. Until we meet again Diane Goodnight and sweet dreams.
