The daughter of the late David and Odessa Brannon, Mrs. Collier was born in Cusseta, GA and was a graduate of William H. Spencer High School. She was a faithful member of Greater Beulah Baptist Church where she served with the Kitchen Committee. She was retired following 30+ years or dedicated service at the Officer's Club, Ft. Benning, GA.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Nina M. Jordan. Survivors include: her sons, Gregory E. Collier and Jerome Collier (Jacqueline); nine grandchildren, nineteen grandchildren, a brother, John Louis Brannon; a niece, Janice Jordan; a sister-in-law, Mattie Bryant; a host of other relatives and friends.
