James B. Lee, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on
Thursday, July 4, 2024, at the age of 85 surrounded by his loving family. He was
born April 22, 1939 in Camilla, GA to the late Jesse H. and Iona (Maples) Lee.

He was a retired U.S. Naval Veteran that served his country for 20 years. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Kelley
and brother Jesse Lee, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Doris Lee;
daughter Christina (Lonnie) Hayes; son Eric (Nanette) Lee; grandchildren:
Mitchell, Tanner and Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Burial will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
