Jessica Elliott Shropshire passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2023. She was 40 yrs old. She leaves behind two loving children. Kayleigh Elizabeth English and Wesley Mark English. She was a loving, protective mother who adored her children. They were her life.
In addition to her children, she is survived by her Mother, Sandra Chapman (Darryl) of Candler and Father, Steve Elliott of Hendersonville. Two brothers, Jonathan Elliott and John Simpson of Candler. Half sister, Tosha Long of Rock Hill SC. Two half brother's, Josh Elliott of Waynesville and Jason Elliott of Asheville and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
Jessica spent most of her younger years in Candler NC. She attended Enka High School, where she excelled in The JR ROTC program. She later moved to Weatherford TX , where she graduated from Weatherford High School. She went on to marry Chad English from Weatherford with whom she had 2 beautiful children.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Gladys England, Paternal grandmother Ann Miller, Brother Anthony Elliott, Uncle Brian Elliott, Cousins Marcus Archer, Lee Rimer and Dakota Messer.
Jessica was a free spirited soul and her presence brought sunshine and a smiles to everyone around her. She was beautiful, smart and witty. She loved her family and had a heart of gold. She strived to help the unfortunate.
Jessica will forever be missed and never forgotten. Her light will shine on through her children.
The family will have a Memorial on Saturday October 21, 2023 at 1:00pm at:

Pastor Greg Metcalf will officiate.
A Celebration of her life will follow the Memorial. All family and friends are invited to attend.
The family asks In lieu of flowers, a donation be made for Prevention of Domestic Violence.
