Joseph Larkin Chandler was born April 20th 1954 in Greenville Tn .Joe was preceded in death by his wife Lynda Joyce Chandler ,his mother and father ,a brother Arthur chandler .Living to cherish his memory is a sister Geraldine Meadows brother in law David Petrey wife Shirley and lots of nieces and nephews and cousins .Joe lived all his life in Marshall NC where he and Lynda lived til her death they had no children .Joe attended the schools in Marshall and was a graduated from Marshall High school .He loved living in Madison county where all his family and his work was he was a security officer at Wolf Laurel Resorts and had to retire early because of failing health problems .Joe loved children but was sad  he never had any .Joe loved his brother in law David Petrey like a brother and often referred to David as his brother .You could always hear Joe saying come on in we will knock a cabbage in the head and have a cup of coffee joe was a big fan of the Atlanta braves and loved the three stooges.Joe we love you very much and we will forever miss you .
