Service will be held Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at Harvest Grove Baptist Church. Visitation at 12:00pm and service to follow at 1:00pm. Interment at Jeffersonview Cemetery.
Larry R Wilson Sr. age 68 was born in Indianapolis,Indiana. He resided in Dayton, Ohio for many years. Larry departed this life unexpectedly on April 7, 2021 after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his late father Ernest Wilson Sr. of Indianapolis Indiana, mother Alma Wilson, brother James Edwards, and Darryl Wilson all of Dayton, Ohio.
Larry Wilson Sr, attended Roosevelt High School. He was employed for many years at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was a loving, caring and funny brother, husband, father, grandfather and we all enjoyed his company. He loved listening to his music and being around all his family. He fulfilled roles in many people's lives that needed him as a father, brother, uncle, and friend. Larry met no strangers, he was a listening ear to anyone.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Katrina Wilson of 23 years, children Larry Wilson Jr, LaTasha Downey, Tonia Scearce stepchildren LaTisha Evens, Marquita Foreman, and Telitha Patrick. Brothers Michael (Debra), Terry (Brenda). Sisters Carol (John) from Rhode Island, Tanya, Brenda, Marsha, (23)grandchildren, and (17) great-grandchildren.
