Mom was a beautiful caring soul, who we are proud and honored to have as our mother. She would do or give her last to help people out. Her life wasn't always a bed full of roses but one would guess because she never let on meaning despite everything all her trials and tribulations her smile never disipated.

She was a single parent of 5 children 2 girls and 3 boys who by the way went on to become parents and made her a grandmother of many (We are her Legacy) Mom had many god children, to many to count (lol)

She was proud to say she was born in a little town called Statesville that wasn't even on the map until she was an adult, eventually moving to New York with her parents, then getting married and moving to California where she called home.

We are proud to have been chosen to be her children and honored to call her our mom. She was a terrific person, she was our mom, friend, confidaunt or what ever we needed her to be when we raised no bellowed out the words mom, mother, ma, mommie sometimes even weezie.
