Haven't forgotten you, Margaret. We had some great times, especially at the Outer Banks. Hard to believe it's been three years.

I'm still missing your phone calls, Margaret, but I know you earned this peace. I think of you often.

Before Margaret got so sick, she had become very interested in the after-life and read many books about the topic. She often shared what she had read with me and the hope it gave her. It's hard to believe a full year has gone by since she passed over. I choose to believe she is in a far better place than we could ever begin to imagine.

I met Margaret through a mutual friend, Joanne Burnham I enjoyed her great sense of humor. I remember her cats and the love she had for them. I hope she finds happiness in the spiritual world.

Margaret and I were suitemates at Longwood. She had a great sense of humor and dry wit and was so intelligent. We continued our friendship through the years, and I miss the frequent phone calls. We had some great trips to her beach house and shared the Ups & Downs of our lives. Her time to rest has come. Godspeed, Margaret.

Shirley T. Wells was my roommate when Margaret was our suite mate at Longwood. I also remember her dry wit and sense of humor. We were able to get together through the years and play bridge again, just like we did at LC. One thing I will never forget about Margaret..."as I live and breathe" And now she is able to live an breathe in peace for all eternity.

Carol and I have many fond memories of Margaret. She was a kind, generous, and thoughtful person with a great sense of humor. We lived across the road from Margaret for many years. While we lived next to Margaret she became a part of our family.

We had one Christmas when our neighborhood lost electric power and Margaret came and stayed with us because we had wood stove heat. We enjoyed sharing our home with her.

She in turn shared her beach house with our family and allowed us to stay there several times.

Margaret loved our children and treated them like an aunt. We were always welcome in her home.

Carol and Margaret spent many days together and found opportunities to go on many shopping trips.

I remember her laugh. She was always in a good mood and ready to laugh.

We have missed Margaret since we left Virginia. She was a very special friend to us.

Margaret will be greatly missed.

Alan and Carol Dyck
