Mary Jane, what can I say other than you had a heart of gold. I can't believe that I first met you 40+ years ago. You always went out of your way to be kind and helpful.
I must say, that I don't think that there wasn't anything that you wouldn't try to keep from having to cancel one of your Continuing Education course offerings.

Sparkie, your sparkling smile is well remembered by all who knew you. That was especially true during our years as classmates at McKinley Tech High School. My wife, Barbara, who has already welcomed you to your heavenly haven, and I remember the dates shared with you and Bill Collis and our visits to your Winchester, Virginia retreat. You will be missed by many. I will post Bonnie's words of your passing on the Golden Techites website. Your friendship meant a lot to all of us.

As I reflect upon my friend and former co-worker Mary Jane, my cherished remembrance is the genuineness of her love for her family and others. While I will miss Mary Jane terribly and our conversations, I am so very grateful to God for the time He allowed us to share one with another. And may God grant her daughter and her family His presence, comfort and strength now and in the days ahead!

I remember you as a kind, sweet lady, upbeat in every way, always creating something for your home. Who else had University of Maryland wallpaper? So cool. I enjoyed babysitting your little ones many years ago as a teen. Plus, you had that beautiful pale yellow Cadillac convertible with fins! Again, way cool.
