trMatthew was born in January of 1984. It was one of the coldest winters on record. He was such a pretty baby the nurses at St. Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood asked if they could use him in the bath demonstration. He was a happy baby, rarely cried. As he grew he was loved by everyone who met him. He loved the book Goodnight Moon. I would ask him where the moon was and he would go to the window and point at the sky.  He loved raw vegetables and to eat the clover and dandelions in the yard. He was a character. At 18 months old he was adopted by the Warden family. I wanted my son to have a better chance in life than I could give him.
