Mindy Diana Phillips, age 40, of Birmingham, Alabama went to her heavenly home on January 28, 2024.
Mindy Phillips is preceded in death by her grandparents, Irvin and Ann Kassaw; and her niece, Amber Sayers. Mindy is survived by her daughters, Abigail Phillips and Emily Lomoro; her son, Austin Phillips (Allie); her parents, Rita Melcher and Fred Chapple (Debbie); her brothers, Andrew Chapple (Shay) and John McNair (Carol); her loving boyfriend, John Washington; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial service will be held on February 2nd, 2024, at 1:00pm
