Mum

Miss you very much.  I know you are resting in peace from this dreadful world, with no more pain.  You are with Dad and family.

We thank God for your life.  We thank you for all the sacrifices you made for us and we appreciate your love Dad and Mum.

Remembering you today.  Happy birthday Mum.  You would have been 91 years today. Sweet Mother.

Miss you both terribly but we will all meet again in the future.  We appreciate and thank you for the life given to us.

My grandmother, Olaitain Taiwo, was a kind-hearted, God-fearing, joyful woman. As I reflect on my memories of her, I can recall her presence in almost every stage of my life. From when I was a baby, I remember being told that she took care of me and I will always remember the gospel song she would sing to me. I remember spending afternoons playing Ludo with Grandma as a child, and learning how to knit from her. I will always remember the Ayefele songs she would listen t and play on repeat, as she praised God. She was full of life, always dancing and singing along. Her smile would light up a room, and she always stayed strong. Grandma, I love you very much and will always remember you.
