Man Femoo, This is so hard.

One of my fondest memories of our friendship is the stubborn but gentle arguments we used to have about Catholics and Pentecostals.

From Medilag to NYSC, Garki, ASOKORO up to the time we took different career paths, you were the colleague I most often checked in with.

Words are not enough today but one thing is sure, we won't forget.

God love and keep you.

A man after God’s heart, my very own Pastor Femi!
You reached and touched the lives of so many, you made an impact in every position you found yourself in.
How you managed to always make my dad laugh for hours will always warm my heart.
You will be missed uncle, I am comforted because I know you are with the lord. Heaven has indeed gained an angel️❤️

It is impossible to forget you and all you did. I love the fact that you fought and I love the fact that your exit has taught us great lessons about life. You live on in my heart and I'm glad you are at rest. Adieu my brother... my friend.

I woke up to hear this very shocking news. You were calm, focussed , self-restraint and peaceful. This painful loss has left me speechless.
Rest on brother and colleague.

Revelation 21:4

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away

Dr. Osideko, the news of your transition came to me as a shock, you were always an encouragement to me, from our days in FGC Sokoto to FCTA, you were also an encouragement and went out of your way to assist, help and counsel. I remember my last conversation with you, l am consoled that its a goodnight to see again in eternity. May God give your family and friends the fortitude to bear your exit, l am consoled that your life gave hope to everyone that came across you.

Adieu to a fine gentleman in every sense of the term. Femi was someone I admired. He was always so kind, thoughtful and decent. He smiled often and was gentle with people. I pray God comforts Femi’s family and all who love and will miss him, and He gives them the courage and patience to bear this big loss. Amen

Chief, as I always called you. I knew you for a long while. From Wuse hospital days and then into family medicine residency. You were a senior colleague:the first Second-on-call I worked with in Abuja. You were a friend, and brother, always there to lend a helping hand. It's hard to come to terms that you have left this world. I lack words to say, however I remember the words of the Bible;

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 (KJV) But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

Rest on in the bossom of the Lord. Adieu

I'm still in shock since getting the news of ur early departure to meet with our Lord and Saviour but just like u always took me and the other young ones under ur wings, I'm sure the good Lord would grant u eternal rest and a seat by His side for all ur good deeds and counsel. Not only were u willing to see us grow but u also served as a pillar of hope and progress to some of us(Me imparticular from when I was an undergraduate coming to the hospital with my mum and even to helping us move into pastures beyond our shores). Its hard to say goodbye but we know u r in a better place. Rest on boss till we meet to part no more.......

Oh Chief! It’s really hard to believe that you are no more. You lived an exemplary life while in earth. You always smiled and knew just the right words to cheer everyone up. May our Lord Jesus grant you eternal rest. Rest in perfect peace sir.

A big brother, friend, and colleague - Chief Osideko.

You were these and more to so many. You will be remembered for your kind heart, gentle, and uplifting words, your generosity, and your infectious, boisterous laughter!

I lack the words to adequately express the void your passing has created.

May the Almighty grant your valiant soul peaceful rest, as HE comforts and strengthens all who you have left behind.

My earnest prayers go out to your family and loved ones.

Adieu, my dear Egbon

A gentleman whose life has impacted positively so many people. You are gone, but remain in our hearts forever. Thanks for your constant reminders to us on how to remain healthy and carryon conversations with mutually respect for each other. Though a brief life span, but a life well spent in the services of others.

This is a heavy blow.

Femi was a gentlemen’s gentleman, pleasantness exemplified. I don’t recall a lot of details about MediLag but I remember he was one of a handful of guys back then that I had genuine respect for, because his confession matched his personality.

Femi, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race and certainly kept the faith
