Mrs. Pat, I lost both of my grandmoms before I was 8 and when I first met you and you embraced me as your grandson and I'll always love and remember you in my heart for doing that.

Today I loss my best friend and my life will no longer be the same. I can't believe I will no longer hear you calling my name. The bond we had was so strong, we used to be able to talk and laugh all day long. Now that you are gone I don't know what to do, I am so glad I always showed you how much I loved you. The memories we have will last forever, I promise I will not forget you ever. You were more than just a grandmother to me, anyone who knew me could clearly see. You will always be my favorite girl because to me you were my world.
