Raymond D Hoffman was born December 12, 1978 in Delton, Michigan to Matthew Devon Hoffman and Claire Grace (Johnson) Hoffman. He has lived in Palm Coast, Fl ; Brooklyn, NY ; Boone, NC and Orlando, Fl. He was preceded in death by one sister, his paternal and maternal grandparents, and one nephew. In addition to his parents he leaves behind his wife, Jennifer; a daughter, Kylie; 7 sisters; 2 brothers and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Per the deceased request there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation.
