I met Minister Reginald when I joined Calvary Resurrection Christian Church in 1987. From that day to this one, I've always known him to be the same: Encouraging, Caring, A Man of the Word and so many other positive adjectives. Fast forward in time, I accepted my calling to preach and he would often ask me, "What you studying, Preacher"? Also, several times a month, every month, he would asked me, "How them boys doing"? Referring to my adult children and I could always tell his inquiry about them came from a genuine and authentic place.
This death is one of those that's difficult to process in the natural so I have to manage it in the spirit. It's my prayer that the FLESH of those of us who love Reginald will quickly line-up with what we all know is true in the SPIRIT - but that's a process. I just keep reminding myself to put the WORD on it, because that's EXACTLY what my brother would have done and that's what he would expect us to do. Peace & Love, Minister Reginald Lusain - your labor has not been in vain!!!
