Rex was the son of Mary Stubb's and Cecil Dozier, both of whom have passed away. He is survived by his siblings, John Dozier, Martha Dozier, Frances Long, Mary Snell, Chris Lewis and was preceded in death by his late brother Danny Dozier and Mathew Conklin.
Rex was a father to his daughter, Amber Bias, and his son-in-law, David Bias and grandfather to, Briaunah, Makenzie, Alivia, and Jada.
