Richard Maye Jr. was born October 10,1958 in Cincinnati Ohio to the union of Richard and Marie Maye Sr.

Richard was baptized at an early age under the leadership of the late Reverend Albert L. Goodwin of Jerriel Baptist Church. Richard attend parham elementary and bloom Jr. high school Richard graduated from Withrow High with the class of 1969. On June 17 2018 Richards health took a turn for the bad and he gained his wings

Richard leaves to cherish his mother Marie his only sister Shirley and one daughter Candace T. Givan (Omar Hasan)and four grandchildren Cyncere, Ku’Tent Omar jr. and Omar’ee Hasan and a host of family and friends
