Richard T Biley was the father of 4, he was our Mr. Mom. He raised us all on his own starting at the age of 7 and younger. He wasn’t the easiest dad to have but he did his best with us. He worked hard to make sure we had what we needed a house food clothes and utilities.  He taught us to be book smart and street smart. 

He is definitely loved and missed....
