His Life

Some of Robby's Favorite Activities

June 3, 2013

Robby loved to cook steak, salmon, and hot dogs with his father on their charcoal grill.

Robby loved the water and spent a lot of time at the beach where he enjoyed swimming, fishing, and jet skiing.

Robby played on basketball and soccer teams in elementary school, ran track in middle school, and eventually played varsity tennis for Edgewater High in 9th & 10th grades.

Robby was a natural athlete. He was always in motion, whether it was running, inline skating, skateboarding, skimboarding, BMX racing, playing basketball or playing tennis.

He liked hanging out with his friends, going to Shoot Straight, and going to the cigar bar in downtown Orlando. He loved listening to music. He even sang a tribute rap in 2010 (after clicking below link, click arrow > to play

see above Gallery tab, then audio to listen to)  for his friend, William (nicknamed Cheese), who died of an overdose in 2010. Robby enjoyed playing drums for the school band, playing for a band that he put together with friends, and playing drums and singing with his mother as she played the piano. Robby had a beautiful singing voice.

Robby enjoyed spending time with his cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents in Orlando and Anna Maria Island. (And you guessed it, having more cookouts.)  He liked working out at the YMCA with his dad.  He loved spending time with his friends, and especially with his female friends. (You know who you are.)
He would have been happy to see the big turn out of his friends for his tree dedication at Dartmouth Park on Dec 26, 2015, 4 days prior to what would have been his 25th birthday. See group photo added.  As children, he and Sarah spent lots of time a few yards away having fun on the park's playground equipment.
