Robert White, affectionately known as Shayne, passed away on May 15, 2024, in Long Beach, NY. Robert was born in Englewood, NJ, to his loving parents Robert and Joan White. He attended Pennsville Elementary School and graduated from Gateway Regional High School in New Jersey. He earned a B.S. in Business from Florida Atlantic University and went on to receive his MBA from Wilmington University.

Shayne, a devoted father, has two wonderful children, Alexandria White, and Aiden White. His children are his everything; he loved sharing every moment with them. Whether going to the beach, crabbing, camping, or hiking in the mountains, he spent quality time with them enjoying their time together.

Later in his life, he had the pleasure of meeting Jane Krenitsky, who would become the love of his life. They embarked on numerous adventures together, exploring different parts of the world, enjoying a round of golf, attending concerts, and wholeheartedly embracing each precious moment of their lives.

Shayne's deep affection for animals led him to an animal shelter, where he found his beloved dog, Lilly. He cherished Lilly, treating her as a member of his family. Lilly was by his side until he passed away.

Shayne poured his heart and soul into his role as a dedicated business teacher at South Plainfield School District, in New Jersey. His deep passion for education and genuine care for his students shone through in every lesson he taught.

Shayne was known for his love of sports, particularly golf and basketball. He landed a summer job teaching golf to students at a local course, an experience he thoroughly enjoyed. He took great pleasure in helping his students improve their game.

The memory of Shayne will forever be illuminated by his radiant smile and his boundless enthusiasm for life. We will deeply miss the captivating stories shared by our beloved brother; however, his legacy will endure within the hearts of all those who cherished him.

Shayne is survived by his children, Alexandria White, and Aiden White; his girlfriend, Jane Krenitsky; his family: Jeffrey and Donna White, and Deborah White and Ken Class; his niece, Brittany Fry, and nephew, Michael White. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Robert, and Joan White.

Shayne leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter and his memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.

Shayne wished to have his ashes scattered at sea in Long Beach, NY. Donations to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

Although we were divorced, I still always had love for "Shayne." He and I brought two beautiful, healthy, and awesome children into the world with our union.

I choose to remember the happy times of visiting Panther Lake, St. Pete Beach, South Carolina and local shore trips with the kids.

Shayne was fun and funny. So many people, including me, liked his silly stories.

I'm glad I got to see Shayne before he passed.  He was way too young . . .

God rest Shayne's soul and comfort those that he left behind, especially our Alex and Aidan.
