Russell John Topp, age 62, died at Carlisle Manor in Carlisle, Ohio on April 3rd, 2024. He was born on April 26, 1961 in Canton, Ohio. He was a graduate of Canton High School. He went into the Air Force right out of high school where he served his country for six years.
When he left the Air Force, he moved to Arizona where he spent a great deal of his time enjoying life.Russell loved to work with his hands. He could figure out any tasks put in front of him. He had many talents that made him quite unique in many ways. He had a loving heart and a kindness to others.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara, their son Ean, his mother, Dorothy, and his brother, James(Lisa) and his brother, Mark. He is also survived by several cousins, uncle, aunt, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Bell and his brother Charlie Bell.
There will be no funeral services at this time. There will be a memorial service set at another date and time.
