cracked lips

when I was about siz years old- i was pensioned out for school in fort kent
In that winter-it was very cold and my lips were constantly cracked and bleeding.
it was very painful
my brother tony came down to visit one time and noticed how bad they were.
he had vaseline on them and put them on my lips and told the host family to keep doing it-
it was so much better, no more bleeding and sore lips
he was such a wonderful brother and we will also miss him so much
