It’s hard to focus in on the time I’ve spent with Ginny - how lucky I am to have a mountain of memories and shared experiences I hold in my mind’s eye and in my heart. Here’s one little chapter of the book of Ginny - in 2019 Ginny jumped onto a crazy good deal on a flight to meet me in Sydney. And I’m sooooo glad she did.  The joy in her face as I showed her my homeland and discovery of new things made Ginny such a delight to travel with.  I miss her every day

This is (one of) my favorite photos of Ginny.  It was taken in Tallahassee, Florida, where we lived in the late 1980's.  We had a beautiful vegetable garden at our house in Indian Head Acres.

Ginny loved Hawaii, and we were able to go there a number of times over the years.  She especially loved Maui, where we would usually get a condo overlooking the Au'au channel between Maui and the island of Lanai. Humpback whales were Ginny's spirit animal, and we would spend many wonderful hours observing these magnificent creatures in the wild! The attached photo is of a whale that came right under us while kayaking! The whale's song reverberated through our boats as she passed by.
