I just found out about my friend, 'Fish'. We hadn't talked in a while. We had great times playing golf. I will just always cherish our outings. God bless you Janice. May he keep you strong in these trying times. Gwen and William .

My days with "fish" go back a while and with Mayer Electric. He was a jewel and worked for me for years. Everyday was a joy seeing "Fish" because he was always smiling whether the day was good or less than good. He made my job as Manager easy and was always a shining light on the Mayer Electric Counter, whether working with a customer, giving his opinion, or just making my job easier. He and Lonnie both went to church together and the stories they would tell were priceless. I will miss you "Fish Man" and I wish nothing but great blessings for your family who now have a void in their family. RIP my great friend!

I first met Fish December 1st 1981 when I started my career in the electrical supply business at Mayer Electric. He was actually working for Dad at the time . Over the next 11 years we would come to work together for several years side by side . So when I got this news it really hit close to home for me . I told someone the day I never ever remember seeing fish without a smile on his face and always in a good mood . He could light up a room . It was such an honor to know him and work with him even if it was such a long time ago . My heart aches for his family and he will be missed so . God Bless you all

One of the truly great ones. I worked with "Fish" at Mayer Electric and have great memories of fun times playing softball outside of work, we talked my Mom into sponsorship of the team. "Fish" always had a smile for everyone, no matter what he was going through himself.  Thoughts and prayers of comfort for his family. We will see that smile again one day.

I found him to never be a gatekeeper of knowledge or wisdom, whether it was work or life related. He was always helpful and always willing to share. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Douthard family and his many friends.
Matthew 5:4 - Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
